We deliver all our products to the EU via Recorded Delivery. As standard, if there is no answer when product arrives a delivery card will be left and goods can be collected. Please read instructions on card.
Sending products outside of the UK may require security checks which can delay the estimated delivery time stated above. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any orders unable to pass through into the UK.
Your delivery may also be delayed by customs, which is out of our control. Custom and Import charges may be charged, and it is up to the consumer to deal with this, FUEL have no involvement with this, and it is the full responsibility of the customer.

Under the United Kingdom distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within seven (7) days of delivery and receive a full refund. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting Customer Services but if the goods have already been shipped to you, you will have to return the goods to us before any refund will be issued (see below for the return details).
If, for any reason, you decide you do not want your purchase(s) once received, then we will refund the value of the goods*. This is subject to the goods being returned in their original condition**, complete with all manufacturers tags attached and not worn, washed, used or damaged within seven (7) days of receipt.
* Please note that this does not include the original postage & packaging.
** Please, when trying on any items ensure you are not wearing any perfumes, makeup, fake tan or deodorants that leave a mark, stain, smell, odour or scent. We will not be able to accept returns of any items that have any of these when returned to us.
WEBSITE CONTENT
If you receive faulty goods or goods you did not order, return them to us within 14 days in original unused condition and we will either exchange them or refund you including your postage. Please note that the value of any refund returned goods postage must not exceed £8.00. For your added protection please use registered/recorded post.
Then please contact Customer Services with your details and state whether you want an exchange or a refund (please note for security purposes we can only refund to the original card used for payment).
Please note that any items that require exchange must be returned with our returns note and £3.99 to cover postage costs.
Please package goods securely and enclose our documentation (or a copy of it) with your reason for return written on it.
Please use a registered mail service for your protection as the goods are your responsibility until they have been received by Fuel.
